We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500 across India. Orders below ₹500 may incur a nominal shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch Time: Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 working day of order placement.

• Delivery Time: Products are generally delivered within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or courier delays. We will inform you in such cases.

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If your product is delivered in a damaged condition or if you’ve received the wrong item:

• Please notify the delivery person immediately at the time of receipt.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may still be eligible for a return or exchange as per our policy.
